Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final unless your order arrives faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives faulty or if you've received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@p4r.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item(s). We'll offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@p4r.co.uk if you need to cancel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
